M43 carb kit, who do I call?

My exhaust man. was broken. No problem, I have a friend that bailed me out. The carb has an inch of gray(matter)in the bottom. The accelrator pump is frozen, it is missing the check balls, you get the idea. Who do you recommend I call for help and a kit? I am good with carbs, but not all kits come with all that you need. I am not sure of my e-mail address(not computer literate) so please post a message. Thanks
