NV4500 and 318

Just trying to decide if its worth getting a NV4500 for the Town Wagon.

What would it take to mate a NV4500 that came out of a V10 dodge to a 1963 318 that currently uses a NP435 trasmission?

NV4500 has a 10 spline 1-1/4" input shaft and a 29 spline output shaft. Also has Dodge NP241 HD transfer case attached.

1. Is this even possible?

2. What would it take, and are those parts available?

3. How do I keep the factory winch working?
