I guess Michigan aint too too bad afterall...

We get away with alot up here... but our time is coming when they will come after us too..I just know it.

The reason why I am selling off My M-37s is because I lost storage, a good friend of mine owns a small private pick and pull out back of his place. He had about 60 some odd vehicles out back of his place. His little boneyard was not liscensed by any means. Well it was extra side money for him to help support his wife and 3 kids . Well he lives way out in the country on a back gravel road. A good most of his stuff sets outback with the exception of a new arrival that he hasnt had time to drag out back. Well anyhow, NOTHING he was doing was hurting anybody and his stuff was not visable from the neigbors place. Well He was so kind as to let me store 3 vehicles there and some engines, and trannies and misc parts. Well guess what, the bligt nazis busted him and now the stuff has to go..nice huh? This guy makes the same wage as I do, but has a family to feed. His selling of parts and vehicles was another way to keep from being in the poor house.

The problem is, here in Lapeer county, the area is growing so much! We are about an hour north of Detroit.. Land in most spots is selling for $25,000 PLUS and acre..and guess what, they are building $250,000+up houses all over...and guess what, the YuppieVerminskum move up here and whine about the old truck that sets in their neigbors driveway, or the combine behind the barn or the smell of the live stock......Come on people! We were here first, if you dont like it...Go home!

Also, the nice houses jack the land prices up which inturn makes it difficult for people like me to buy any kinda land at all..then the nice quarter mill houses also jack the taxes up...Talk about progress eh?

I feel that if a person owns the land and keeps his proporty taxes paid, he should be allowed to do whatever he wants to on his land...when the day comes where you have to ASK permission or cant do some thing on YOUR land, it is NOT your land! WHat a Joke!

I guess I got myself in too deep here....I will shut up now!
