The Ford GTB picked up that nickname in Burma, where a few were used.
Another interesting fact is that the GTB was the ONLY Low Silhouette vehicle to make it to production. Almost every company made a version of their vehicles as a low profile concept, from 1/4 ton 4x4 to 2-1/2 ton 6x6.
