The snowplow package on my '89 W250, (when I bought it new, consisted of:
Myers 7 1/2 foot plow
Extra spring leaf(s)
Transmission oil cooler and warning lite in plow control box
HD 100 amp alternator
Roof clearance lights
The new trucks should offer the same.
(Although I understand they don't include the plow anymore).
On some models --- the warrenty is voided when a snowplow is mounted. (Have to get a one ton model now I understand)
