I think you are right, Bill. I believe this truck took grand prize at 1995 or 1996 rally.
Couple guys from New Jersey brought in a couple trucks on a semi 18 wheeler flat bed. I believe also they were brothers. Nice job of whatever he was trying to do.I remember they bought a couple of my wooden models.
