Hi dave I have done the conduit thing shielded the wires etc. A big part of the problem I must admit was not enough time for adgusting etc., slush, salt being dragged
through the mud by a D8 to get to the rigs, all gravel-clay roads,-40 weather etc.I could also tell if 1 or more wheels wernt working,& then I was forced to do maintinance. Yes air & vac systems are controlled from the cab, I only had antilock on the rear so I cant really answer for full antilock, but I used them as a park brake when loading equiment, & the wheels would slide before they turned, lock all 4 wheels @ 60 mph . Loved the cummins & the PW & the vac brakes. After reading the posts I have to believe WW underbuilt the electric brakes for the 10000 # axels. Anyhow that trailer got kind of twisted along with a new hoe (390hrs.} & 91 PW when a logging truck forced me off the road causing every thing to turn up side down @ 50 mph--not a fun ride. Ditto on the post Best Regards Bent up george
