Radiator hose metal pipe repair suggestions

After 2 years of sitting idle, I finally got my 48 B1 running yesterday.Ran real rough at first but smoothed out after pouring a little trans fluid down each cylinder.However my lower radiator hose metal connector pipe has several pin holes in it. I assume they are not being reproduced. Anyone have any suggestions on how to repair the pipe without compromising the appearance. In the alternative does anyone have a good one for sale?
