You can get basic lap seat belts from you local parts store. I recomend a longer lenght than what you think would work. When I got them for my {wife's} '46 Dodge Firetruck I got the shorter of the 2 sizes and it was a tight fit for lenght. I put seat belts into both her truck and my '41 WC. I was first looking at 3-point shoulder belts in the WC but I'm not sure there is enough structure behind the door. I look at that solid dash and think that anything in a wreck would help.
