My younger brother is a big shot mechanic specialist with a very large utility that has a major fleet operation. During their annuals on every juice braked truck, they crack the bleeders and flush the fluid. His story is that moisture collects in the lower parts of the braking system, which is on most vehicles, in the line at the wheel cylinder. On large trucks, air brakes solved the issue...
