DOT 3, 4, or 5?

Been reading the archives and wanted to see if there was any new info or opinions to add to the debate?

I'm getting ready to add fluid to my new disc brake conversion (all new lines, master, calipers, etc.) and am leaning toward the DOT 5 fluid.
