Justin - let's compare notes at some point. Been traveling but I'm getting back to my place in a few days. I'll post pics of what I'm starting with. Been having a hell of a time with my back so work progress will be slow - next step for mine is to clean up the gear box that mounts under the winch frame - it runs the chain sprocket. Apparently it gives you a selection of speeds, neutral, and reverse from the side of the truck. The sides of the bed I'm thinking of using are kind of high so the winch won't be visible unless I turn a compartment into a view area or put the levers high with a perch of some kind.
