I was thinking of Ty-Wrapping 1-2 Nitrile Gloves to the neck, put air in the over flow tube then block off the inlets. I could fill it up with air pressure not able to blow a tube and see if the glove deflates? The flow test was filling the radiator full with the bottom closed off. When full let it go and see how fast it empties.
