Yes, it will work. Check a Hollanders interchange manual if you want something in black and white. You should also use your 230 flywheel. According to Hollanders 42-56 Plymouths, 40-56 Dodge and 40-53 Dodge trucks including 47-56 power wagons all interchange. You need to check Hollanders for the gotchas on some models, but they will all fit. Some for example had external oil fitting cast in the block for hydrive transmissions.
