I cant tell you much on which turbo to use, but with the long distances you travel on the highway the 3200 rpm upgrade will help a lot. yours is p-pumped also. the crewcab we just finished has the rotary style and we put in the 3200 rpm spring and fuel pin upgrade. makes a real difference. not so important on top end but it helps you get to highway speed pretty quick. video of road test below
