A picture is worth a thousand words.. but I don't have one! So it is freezing rain outside and my engine is still at the machine shop, so while I was working on the engine compartment it came to my attention that my rear engine mounts were looking sad and not both the same. From what I can tell from the archives is that the engine insulator is a two piece thing of rubber, with, with a small thin flat plate on the top, then goes a spring???? With the bolt with the special nut holding it all together. I see VPW sells the spring and rubber stuff, but my truck didn't have the spring. The rear bolts do have the special nut and the hole drilled in them for a cotter pin, so I'm guessing I need those springs?
thanks
Wayne
