Window regulator question

I have two regulators and they look the same. Both have an L stamped on them. I have looked all over the shop and can not find any regulators with an R .

Is the L for the drivers door?
This is on a Carryall.

I am 100% certain I had at least one passenger regulator. it has been so long I have no clue about what goes where.
