Easy there Joe, lol. Snow YES, we need water for long term. Rain, a little would be nice just to get the Chiefs to simmer down a little right now. They think we are gonna have fires every day. I couldn't get a brush pile to burn with a drip torch and fusee at my buddy's house the other day. But the rain would be nice to get a grass crop going for some work this summer. Too much and its just useless, ground is so hard it'll run off.
What this Country needs to do is another project like the Hoover Dam in the Great Depression. They need to build a pipeline or canal system to get the snow melt and flood water from the east to the west. That could be pumped into the aquifers and replenish the irrigation waters, refill reservoirs and everyone would be happy. The east would be rid of it, and the west would be wet again
