I ended up shimming the cab higher then expected when I did the final mounting, so I know the radiator cowl will need to be moved up too, but I couldn't align it till I could bolt the cowl in place.
It *should* clear the hood when they are aligned, it's close but I did check it when I mounted the master cylinder. If not then I'll have to start looking for a different reservoir, that one is very big, but it was narrow enough not to hit the intake elbow. With the extra cab height I might actually be able to go back to the old style though.
