I can't say if it is right or wrong, but all the WC data came from the linked technical document (previous post), with pretty pictures, from the Army. The M-data came from a different book and some other technical data.
I am a bit suspicious of the M data, and I wonder/suspect they are rounded or truncated to whole numbers. In the graph 24.5' would be right in line.
As for real world experience, reality is probably wrong if it doesn't fall on one of the lines...
