I am not sure what you mean by a second seal. If you are talking about the wipeong seal at the bottom of the outside of the window, that is a standard part that can be bought on the after market do a Google search to find a supplier in your area. Some of the Carryall doors have holes punched that can be used to mount a seal. My carryall has one punched and the other isn't.
