Blew Small 10" Tire Up. Picture

I was trying to fix a slow leak on this little 10" tire. I put some green stuff in the tube and started to fill it. Had to lean my chest against the tire to hold it still. Used pliers to hold the valve stem. It seems like I just started to put air in and it exploded!!! My face was 6-10 inches from the blow out. It was louder than crap!!! I was lucky my body was on the part that did not blow but my arm was on the end of the split. It is winter here so I had long johns, sweater and Carhart Jacket that took the hit. Still hurt thru all that on. I will get me a Regular Tire Fill Nozzle with a gauge and valve soon. Very close wake up call never had that happen before in 63 years!
