Tough to get a good enough look at it to determine the make of the cab but the way it is cobbled together indicates a home built.
Seen an almost identical cab welded to a command vehicle of the same vintage. Looked good from 40 feet away. Closer and it became scrap.
Guy wanted 2500 for it, sold at auction for 50 bucks.
