Go to www.uglytruckling.com and look how Ray does his conversion. It does require a notch in the frame, but nothing I would consider sever. He sells the PS box mount or fab your own. If you use a id 70's w200 Saginaw Reverse Rotation PS Box, the stock PW pitman arm will bolt right on. If you use a GM version of the Saginaw Reverse Rotation PS box, you will need to find a GM Pitman arm as the spline and taper is different.

I have use both on my old iron, either works fine. My M37 uses a GM version of the Saginaw box and a 66 Caddy Pitman arm worked out will.
