Take a close look at the pics and rust is starting to show at the edges of panels/parts. It appears to me like a recent cleanup/paint that was not done very well and all that edge rust will quickly grow. At that point, it doesn't look like 'natural' wear and tear from decades of use(which I like) but rather a poorly done resto.
This portends the same for the mechanical side of things.
