Heat the bolt to just melt the candle wax....no hotter. If the wax smokes and ignites, your to hot. DO it a few times, letting the bolt cool to finger touch before the next application. Then apply a little force CW, then CCW a few times. If she moves go further each CW/CCW, Then try screwing her out.
