I've done close to 50 vehicles with all stainless and never had a problem. All were done with the same flare tool as well. The key is to deburr the tube,use a tubing cutter and follow directions. After cutting drill it out to the ID. Quick chamfer deburr and flare. Blow the lines clean before installing.
