You're supposed to pass it all on to your son, or at least your kids -- land, vehicles, tools... But they don't care any more. They don't work with their hands. They have plenty of money and they hire people to do whatever they need done. All they want is to cash out what's valuable and throw the rest in the dumpster, complaining about they only have 3 days off work to get rid of the old man's junk. What a hassle. Happens all the time. I guess we just just have to remember you can't take it with you.
