W250/2500 swap

I have a 1990 W250 360, 4-speed, with 4.10 gears. I would like to go to a higher ratio such as a 3.55 or 3.73. A friend of mine has access to a salvage 1995 2500 4x4. Not sure of the ratio. Does anyone know if these rear ends will swap out with my 1990?(hub to hub) I haven't had time to investigate it and have not heard of anyone doing it. What are the dimensions of a 2nd generation and a 3rd generation Dodge?
