Ambulance interior furnishings are original and in pretty nice condition.
The engine needs some work the truck isn't driveable at this time.
Looks like they started to replace the water pump.
This old truck has a fair amount of rust around the roof so take a good look at the photos. I'll let you decide if you have the ability to repair the rust. After you get by the rust issues there's a lot of original/correct equipment on the truck. The stretchers, operating lights, rear swing down step, convoy lights, head lights spare tire carrier, and the cab and instrument panel look original to me.
I see a couple of what I assume are spare differentials, some brake parts, and some axle parts in the back on the truck.
