Usually in the hi 5's or 6's and matched to the O/D 5 or 6 speed. The 5's are usually about .75 O/D with the 6's usually in the .8 fifth and .6 top gear range. My nissan runs 2000 rpm at 115 kph in 6th. The wind is right up, the heat is heading to 42C today, surf is blown flat at the coast with a lot of off-shore chop - good day for an airconditioned pub.
