Two can do it if there is not a winch. I did it without much trouble before I put the winch on my ffPW. With the winch you have to lift vertical to start with and makes it a little tighter. I have done it with the winch installed and it I'd more difficult. More people are needed.
There are also nuts on the radiator support rods and an additional 2 or 4 screws to remove the hood.
