Well ok, somebody once said something about me being detail oriented, (others call is anal...) but I do like to keep my work area clean and be able to find a tool when I want it. My Dad was just the opposite. The floor has sand sprinkled on it before the top coat was applied, so no it it not too slippery. But yes, if it is wet you need to be careful.

I didn't get much done today, but I did manage to remove the hood, drain the oil, remove the battery, the throttle linkage and the antifreeze. It is kind of sad now since we drove the truck to Annapolis this past weekend!

I've read the "best of" note a few times and it sounds easy to just pop a few bolts off and remove the two front fenders and radiator. I'll let you all know how that works out....

I have an engine hoist, but I did buy an engine leveler to help pull this out. As you all know there is more work to this than you see on the TV shows. And for some reason the new engine from Dodge Performance did not show up for free today, so off to the machine shop with this next week...
