Hi Kaegi,
All post war 8&3/4 third members found on the 1 ton WD and 57-59 3/4 ton Power Giant trucks came with the 7/16" stud diam. All pre war 40-41 through 42 1 ton trucks had 3/8 diam. third member mounting studs.
