It really is just a huge tent. The sheet plastic is stapled to the ceiling covering the lights (they shine right thru the plastic).
In that picture, the painting is done and cured. You can see one filter cut out in the front right window of the carryall. The smoke ejector is on the floor right behind the left rear wheel and the other filter opening is aft of the rear of the carryall.
