Jerry I worked for years in the oil patch and have seen many overhauls on the diesels they ran 24/7.After a rebuild they would put them back in service at full load and walk away.The mechanics used to say drive it like you stole it and you would never have any issues and for my diesels today at my advanced age I dont hammer them like in the old days but these Cummins 8 valves Re pretty much bullet proof.
