What condition is the big bronze gear in? That's the part that usually goes, and it looks to me like yours is getting pretty thin at the edges of the teeth. I think the teeth are supposed to start out just as wide at the top as they are at the bottom. Mine was down to knife-edges. Yours might be okay for demonstration use, but I'm not sure I'd want to take a hard pull on it, unless I'm missing something in the picture.
