Winch Taken Apart

Worked late on the PW last night. Got the winch taken apart into 4 main sections and all is well so far. Drum spins nice and smooth. Today I am going to try to flatten out some bends in the bracing and bumper front. Probley heat and a big hammer? Need to break out the 150+lb Railroad Anvil to hit them on.
