Jerry, the high water mark is still noted on some of the buildings in Cambria.
That same year the floods covered up a friends house in Santa Barbara with only 18" of the ridge sticking out of the mud, with fire hoses and pumps we made a slurry out of the mud and within a week the house was free of mud.Fun job!
