E7F1 carb in the middle is the same height as E7S1 carb on the right. Both have integral governor (220-6 and 220-8) and are virtually identical. The E7S1 was used when truck that would have normally come with later E7T2 carb was equipped with rear belt pulley.
Maybe you are looking for an E7T2 with sandwich style governor? I may be able to help.
