I doubt you could order one anywhere. I'm sure Dodge hasn't used them for at least 30 years. Everything's gone to plastic. But there are lots of 1950-1970 era Dodge trucks in the wrecking yards. You could even get the tube and fittings that drop down to the slave cylinder.
