From what I have seen used on PW here before it is nice. It would take grinding off welds in places to get the straps used to make it strong. Then fixing the pockets and tube again. It has a steel bottom also that needs removing and a plate that was put on the back of the tail gate. I have seen stuff on here I would throw away before trying to fix it. You PW Guys are good with fixing it to look new again. I don't need this bed now since I will build one. It would be nice to keep the tailgate and end but I don't think I will use them also if I can find something better.
