Your divers door lower gap looks like a lot that I have seen. The door appears to be low on the back edge. The rear lower edge of the door, on my truck, actually overlaps the body below the door. The jigs at the factory were off. To fix it I need to cut the welds on the filler below the door and move the rear down a little.
I have raised the rear of the door as much as possible but the bottom gap is still off.
The passenger door is just fine. I have never seen the issue on any passenger door.
