Ok, bolt on the trans floor covering and shim the cab until you have 1/4 to 3/8 clearance between the top of the tranny cover and the bottom of the flange of the cab floor tranny cover. This sets the correct height for the cab for the large tranny (after-type) that you should have for the truck. Level the cab if the repair manual tells how to do it, otherwise, make sure you have the same distance between cab and frame mount for the front and rear, but rear may be a 1/4 less in height than the front. You'll know if it's correct if the line between the hood and cowl is equal down the side. If the gap is narrower at the bottom, shim rear insulators. Once cab is mounted, cab adjusted and bolts snugged, check for equal gaps between hood and cowl along each side. Looking at the pictures, the cab needs to be rotated clockwise. Once all this is done, you can take the trans floor cover off, tighten cab bolts, and check the steering tube to see where it is aligned. Don't be concerned about the doors until this part is complete.
