Bottom hinge needs to come back a shade. That would raise the back of the door and line up the belt lines. Lowering that cab corner might accomplish the same thing but the belt line is high at the front, low at the back which kinda indicates that the door needs bait of a tweak.
Keep in mind that it is not unusual to spend as much as 40 hours getting a 32 ford roadster perfect. So 2 or 4 hrs on the cab is not out of line.
The reason I asked if your frame was square is if it is out 1/4 diagonal or 1/8 of an inch that would account for the miss alignment of the cab. If you flipped the frame over a few times while blasting it might have got twisted a tad.

yes i have aligned doors with a 4x4 or a 2x4 when the poor owner was afraid to do so……way fun when it ligns up and looks perfect.
