The worst point of wear is the axles at the straight ahead position, so the tight one will be fine. I would run the two tightest ones.

Parts lists list balls by diameter, IIRC form .998" to 1.005, by the .001". But I guess you would need to find out which size by trial and error- order sets of each oversize, see which ones can be assembled tight as possible? .
