DUMP BODY PW :GAS TANK SETUP NEED HELP

Can anyone provide info on a PW dump body setup? ran into an old timer, 82 years old that has one.Looked like he had a piece of radiator hose connecting the filler to the tank neck(did not look at it too close)He said the gas kept rotting it. I told him I would get him the right piece expecting VPW to have somthing they do not. Looking for suggestions ,Part Numbers etc. Told him I would pay for it as he took time to show me his truck(I knocked on his door , out of the blue) and he told me stories for an hour or so. Thanks for the help.
