I have replaced seals on both the MU2 and LU2. It's real easy and I purchased them from my local auto parts store.
The seal casings are approximately 1/2" wide. A trick an old timer told me was order the ones that are 1/4" wide and put two 1/4" in place of the 1/2" one. I believe it calls for 90W gear oil but I put 85w-140w.
If you need the part numbers for the seals I could probably dig them up.
