You may wish to try a military vehicle parts dealer. The boots look a lot like the ones used by the military M35 series 2 1/2 ton 6x6's. I have not been able to completely confirm it by putting a set on my W500 yet, but things look really good. The good part is that the military parts dealers only want about $40 to $50 per axle set for the boots.
