If what Gordon tells you doesn't set well with the brake/driveline businesses, try this: Find a small local general Machine Shop. Do not tell them what the drums ar off of. If they have to know, a little white lie like they are off of an unlicensed farm trailer is all they need to know. If you can find a place like the shops I have worked at, chances are they do not want to know and do not want you to tell them. They will want cash and there will be an unspoken understanding that they will never see you again should something go wrong. I know this may not be exactly Kosher with the way things are susposed to work but it happens every day at shops that cater to agricultural/industrial clientel.
